ServiceNow Technical Platform Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a ServiceNow technical platform specialist. You will be responsible for designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

About the Role:

• Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and others.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical design documents and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead technical workshops to derive actionable requirements and user stories.
• Mentor and upskill developers and architects on ServiceNow modeling, architecture, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow roadmap and emerging capabilities to guide client innovation.

What We Are Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, with a minimum of two years in a technical leadership role performing full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration across multiple modules.
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and client management skills—comfortable working with stakeholders from end-users to C-suite across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead solution design extensively across the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience working with agile delivery methodologies.
• High attention to detail, able to meet tight deadlines while setting and maintaining clear client expectations.
• Passion for continuous learning, modern architecture practices, and building better ways of working.

Benefits:

• A competitive salary range of $122,000-$225,000 per year, depending on experience.
