Senior ServiceNow ITOM Professional

At BMC Computers, we are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our team.

We need an expert in designing, building, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services to support our customer environment operations. This role is suitable for professionals with senior-level experience in ServiceNow development who can work remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Technical Design and Architecture
• Solution Development and Deployment
• Integration and Customization
• Policies and Procedures Documentation
• Incident Resolution Support
• New Application and Service Development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance and DHS Suitability
• ServiceNow System Administration and enterprise/IT service management experience
• Experience in gathering requirements, database design schemas, and data modeling
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum 4+ years' experience with ServiceNow development, including ITOM
