ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Your Responsibilities

• Administer and support 60+ self-hosted ServiceNow Health & Safety instances, running in a Linux environment.
• Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow modules including ITSM and Health/Safety.
• Build and support low-code/no-code RESTful APIs for custom ServiceNow development.
• Troubleshoot platform and Linux-related issues.
• Collaborate across IT and business teams to deliver clean, documented workflows.
• Support governance, license compliance, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience (Incident, Change, Asset, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Linux.
• Basic development understanding and API familiarity.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and a passion for learning.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or completion of the ServiceNow Fundamentals course.

Work Environment

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
