As a ServiceNow SPM Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence within our organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow SPM Applications that meet the evolving needs of our business. "Key Responsibilities:">

• Implementation experience in ServiceNow SPM Applications, including Innovation Management, Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Management.">
• Experience in ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML, and Surveys/Assessments.">
• Ability to create and manage technology scoring criteria/models, documentation, and analysis of applications, application disposition plans (enhance, maintain, retire)."> "Required Skills and Qualifications:">
• Expert-level knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – Project, Cost, Resource, Timecards).">
• Good understanding of SDLC Frameworks and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).">
• Certified in Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in Application Portfolio Management or Project Portfolio Management modules.">
• Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology.">
