Senior Software Engineer – ServiceNow

Welcome to Publix Technology, the award-winning technical group for Publix Super Markets, Inc. Our technology teams provide innovative solutions to retail stores and internal team members.

This is a hybrid position requiring 8 days per month on-site in Lakeland. Our ServiceNow Developer will provide operational and end-user support for the Service Catalog of products within the fully integrated ITSM solution.

• Contribute at an advanced level to the enhancements and on-going operation of ServiceNow.
• Provide long-term oversight to ensure continuity and integration for Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, and CMDB modules.
• Contribute to ongoing design and development efforts related to the ServiceNow platform and integrations.
• Automate legacy processes using available ServiceNow workflows and best practices.
• Assist in analyzing and resolving configuration issues promptly.
• Work closely with the business areas and application support teams to improve business processes.
• Maintain a large workload ensuring adherence to security best practices and standards for various platforms.
• Perform data analysis by creating and executing complex queries, interpreting results, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
