Job Title:
ServiceNow Developer/Maintainer About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow developer/maintainer to provide operational services to the Intelligence Community. This individual will join an innovative team supporting mission critical/mission essential activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Providing recommendations to clients regarding ServiceNow best practice, workflow automation, and usability.
- Monitoring system health and compliance with ServiceNow.
- Creating and configuring client scripts, business rules, ACLs, etc.
- Coordinating application and platform upgrades.
- Loading, manipulating, and maintaining data on ServiceNow.
- Providing support for 3rd party data integrations.
- Creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
- Creating, building, and maintaining ServiceNow applications.
- Providing recommendations and design in support of custom UX/UI development. Required Qualifications:
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow development, software installation and configuration, and system performance monitoring and tuning.
- Working knowledge and experience with ServiceNow scoped application development. Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, client scripts, or data visualization (reports, performance analytics, UI Builder widgets).
- Working knowledge in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript, Extensible Markup Language (XML), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON).
- Working knowledge of database administration (DB2, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.). Education and Experience Qualifications:
- For mid-level: Master's degree, Bachelor's degree plus 2 years' experience, Associate's degree plus 4 years' experience, or a minimum of 6 years' experience in a relevant field.
- For senior-level: Master's degree plus 4 years' experience, Bachelor's degree plus 6 years' experience, Associate's degree plus 8 years' experience, or a minimum of 8 years' in a relevant field. Essential Job Functions:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong writing skills.
- Ability to work in a government site cubicle environment.
