ServiceNow Developer/Maintainer About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow developer/maintainer to provide operational services to the Intelligence Community. This individual will join an innovative team supporting mission critical/mission essential activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing recommendations to clients regarding ServiceNow best practice, workflow automation, and usability.
• Monitoring system health and compliance with ServiceNow.
• Creating and configuring client scripts, business rules, ACLs, etc.
• Coordinating application and platform upgrades.
• Loading, manipulating, and maintaining data on ServiceNow.
• Providing support for 3rd party data integrations.
• Creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Creating, building, and maintaining ServiceNow applications.
• Providing recommendations and design in support of custom UX/UI development. Required Qualifications:
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow development, software installation and configuration, and system performance monitoring and tuning.
• Working knowledge and experience with ServiceNow scoped application development. Desired Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, client scripts, or data visualization (reports, performance analytics, UI Builder widgets).
• Working knowledge in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript, Extensible Markup Language (XML), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON).
• Working knowledge of database administration (DB2, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.). Education and Experience Qualifications:
• For mid-level: Master's degree, Bachelor's degree plus 2 years' experience, Associate's degree plus 4 years' experience, or a minimum of 6 years' experience in a relevant field.
• For senior-level: Master's degree plus 4 years' experience, Bachelor's degree plus 6 years' experience, Associate's degree plus 8 years' experience, or a minimum of 8 years' in a relevant field. Essential Job Functions:
