Sr. ServiceNow Analyst Job Description This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Sr. ServiceNow Analyst to join our organization and contribute to the development of corporate applications. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordination and Integration Facilitate the coordination and integration of program-related activities through vendor-supported corporate applications, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.

  2. System Definition Define system scope, objectives, and business requirements to meet user needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

  3. Technical Consulting Provide technical consulting to end-users on systems projects, offering expert guidance and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

  4. Application Support Contribute to the support and maintenance of assigned applications, serving as a technical point-of-contact for users and providing timely resolution to issues and concerns.

  5. Service Catalog Optimization Optimize existing and develop new service catalog offerings and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation, leveraging Flow Designer to enhance the service catalog and migrate away from workflows.

  6. Automation and Efficiency Identify inefficiencies and implement areas of automation to improve processes, streamline workflows, and increase productivity.

Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in information services or related field required PLUS 5 years of direct experience as a ServiceNow admin or application owner; 5 years of ITS technical application support experience required; 5 years of computer hardware and/or software troubleshooting techniques and system support required.

Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist a plus; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer a plus; ITIL Certification is highly desirable.
