The Role at a Glance

As a ServiceNow Solutions Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex business needs into effective technical solutions. Your expertise will help drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives. In this role, you will work closely with Process Owners and Requestors across IT and business teams to support the Agile Support team in defining and executing the strategic roadmap for ServiceNow—a leading cloud-based platform utilized at Lincoln to automate critical IT and business processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Champion organizational initiatives by driving positive change management and department-wide improvements.
  • Serve as a key resource for team members and stakeholders on complex projects.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance quality and reduce workloads.
  • Consult, analyze, and lead complex projects, ensuring thorough understanding of requirements.
  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to gather complex business requirements, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Continuously prioritize the product backlog to ensure high-impact work is the focus of the development team.
  • Assess and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Act as a resource to assess and propose solutions to business challenges.
  • Translate the business vision into clear technical requirements for effective product development.
  • Document and validate complex technical requirements succinctly.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies effectively collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Provide guidance on issues impacting project scope, cost, and quality, collaborating with stakeholders for resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to management as necessary.
  • Partner with the Platform Owner to refine the roadmap based on process needs and emerging trends.
  • Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously enhance the platform.

What we're looking for

Must-Have Experience (Required):

  • 4-Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree).
  • 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Administration, Business Analysis, Project Management, or relevant Agile roles.
  • Demonstrated success as a collaborative communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents and regulations effectively.
  • Confident communicator with robust written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or relevant ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Pay Range: $69,000 - $124,600, with anticipated compensation for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on experience, education, and qualifications.
