Job Summary
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing innovative ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet our clients' business goals. Your role will blend deep technical expertise with consultative leadership focusing on presales, solution development, and client relations. You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients unlock the full potential of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity, focusing on service solutions and professional services revenue growth.
- Strong leadership abilities and aptitude for collaborating with diverse teams.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to critically analyze customer requirements to design optimal solutions within their budget.
- Experience in crafting Statements of Work (SOWs) and driving professional services revenue.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation, proposals, and architectural diagrams.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Presales Engagement:
- Collaborate with sales teams to comprehend client needs and challenges.
- Design and present customized ServiceNow solutions that address both business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, technical workshops, and assessments to analyze current systems and discover modernization opportunities.
- Oversee the development of SOWs, ensuring they align with client objectives.
Solution Development:
- Lead the architectural design of ServiceNow solutions across multiple areas such as ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications.
- Interpret ServiceNow licensing requirements effectively.
- Create detailed technical proposals, including architecture designs, implementation roadmaps, and cost estimations.
- Identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth within our professional services team.
- Technical Demonstrations:
- Develop and deliver tailored demos showcasing key features of the solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor, fostering robust relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Resolve technical concerns and objections from clients during the presales process.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
- Partner with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless solution development and project transition.
- Work with sales teams to maintain a unified client engagement strategy.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
- Mentor sales teams on the technical benefits of ServiceNow services.
- Provide insights on best practices, trends, and technological innovations to clients and teams.
- Lead initiatives for practice development, identifying growth opportunities.
- Establish and uphold standards ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering.
- 7+ years in IT architecture, with a minimum of 4 years focused on ServiceNow.
- 7+ years of experience in technology solution migrations.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Base salary range is $128,000 to $200,000, with estimated on-target earnings (OTE) of $160,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience and location.
