ServiceNow Technical Specialist Position
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow technical specialist to facilitate the process of collecting and refining customer requirements. The successful candidate will perform analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements, and work with customers to understand and define their needs.
This position requires strong expertise in ServiceNow and COTS applications. The selected candidate will be responsible for configuring and designing functional solutions for specific applications and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact and communicate with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel to gather and document requirements.
- Process functional design specs based on user requirements and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM) and support system testing and user acceptance efforts as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience is required.
- The candidate must possess active TS/SCI with Poly clearance, which cannot be sponsored by the company.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 18 years of overall related experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
