Job Summary:
CAI is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to enhance their ServiceNow implementation in a dynamic cruise environment. The role involves administering and supporting multiple ServiceNow instances, configuring modules, and collaborating with IT and business teams to deliver optimized workflows.
Responsibilities:

Administer and support 60+ self-hosted ServiceNow Health & Safety instances, running in a Linux environment

Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow modules including ITSM and Health/Safety

Build and support low-code/no-code RESTful APIs for custom ServiceNow development

Troubleshoot platform and Linux-related issues

Collaborate across IT and business teams to deliver clean, documented workflows

Support governance, license compliance, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
Qualifications:
Required:
-
3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience (Incident, Change, Asset, etc.)

Working knowledge of Linux

Basic development understanding and API familiarity

Strong analytical skills, communication chops, and a passion for learning

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or completion of the ServiceNow Fundamentals course
Preferred:

ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certs

SQL / MySQL / MariaDB knowledge

On-premise ServiceNow experience
