Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and ITIL certification to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT infrastructure and systems engineering, along with a service-oriented mindset. This role is pivotal in driving the successful implementation and management of HR Service Delivery solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing user experience.
Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HRSD projects using ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Utilize ITIL best practices to optimize service delivery processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Oversee system design and architecture for HRSD solutions, ensuring integration with existing IT infrastructure.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for solution implementation.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users on new systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, including cloud security measures and vulnerability management.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management within IT environments, particularly with ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
- Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture, solution architecture, and system design principles.
- Familiarity with various programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, SQL, and Ruby on Rails.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware).
- Experience with ETL processes, NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and relational databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server).
- Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on debugging and system hardening techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams as well as non-technical stakeholders. Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
