ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Technical Manager

This is a 100% On-Site position. Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in the assigned location 5 days a week. Position Description:

  • Lead the ServiceNow Architecture development, enhancements and implementations.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies (i.e., AI and automation).
  • Build roadmaps, provide recommendations, lead development and utilization of new technologies and services to enhance and fully utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities.
  • Provide assistance to development teams as needed. Key Required Skills:
  • Expertise in developing enterprise-wide architecture, leading multiple development and implementations, providing guidance and leadership with development Team Leads.
  • 10+ years of experience as ServiceNow Developer.
  • 5+ years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
  • 5+ years leading ServiceNow development teams.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement. Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience, Master's degree and 10 years of experience or 18+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in various parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies. Required Skills:
  • Required ServiceNow certification: Certified System Administrator (baseline), Certified Application Developer (baseline).
  • ServiceNow CIS certification in multiple areas: CIS – Customer Service Management, CIS – IT Service Management, CIS – Discovery, IS – Service Mapping, CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management, CIS – Application Portfolio Management, CIS – Software Asset Management, CIS – Hardware Asset Management.
  • 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
  • 5+ years of experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
  • Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.). Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
  • Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols.
  • Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
