We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Product Owner to lead and optimize our ServiceNow platform within the utilities sector. This role will play a key part in maximizing platform utilization across the organization, ensuring alignment with business needs, and driving strategic value through thoughtful recommendations on features, enhancements, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary owner of the ServiceNow platform, managing the product roadmap and backlog.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Identify and prioritize new features, enhancements, and integrations that align with company goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead platform governance and champion best practices for configuration, automation, and service delivery.
- Analyze platform usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for increased adoption and value.
- Stay informed of ServiceNow updates, releases, and industry trends to ensure the platform remains modern and relevant.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
- Deep understanding of the utilities industry and its operational challenges.
- Proven experience in driving platform adoption and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
