ServiceNow Solution Architect

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect at Slalom, you will lead the implementation and industry best practices for the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a breadth of knowledge and experience in client delivery, business process best practices, and functional design.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set expectations. You will translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the ServiceNow platform and products. Additionally, you will lead functional and business design sessions, architect and document business process flows, and identify gaps between the client's current and desired end state.

• Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality
• Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of service management industry experience, specifically with ServiceNow, and expertise in one or multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, SPM, etc. They will also have strong knowledge and experience of ServiceNow functional development and configuration. Specific qualifications include understanding of function system architecture, ability to design scalable, maintainable, and organized solutions, and expert understanding and experience of data sharing and visibility considerations.
