KPMG seeks a Manager, ServiceNow to lead the ServiceNow platform in terms of business needs and apply it to Enterprise organizational objectives.

The role involves providing technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform based on business needs and apply it to Enterprise objectives
• Provide coding standards and review content provided by extended development teams to ensure compliance
• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables
• Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance, isolate and debug software problems and make recommendations
• Implement modules and other third-party integrations and applications used within the ServiceNow environment for SecDevOps
• Transform business needs into tangible items within ServiceNow from using modules or creating new ones

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years experience managing large enterprise systems with at least three years managing ServiceNow with focus on ITSM, ITOM and IRM
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification preferred
• Experience leading various size teams in delivering agile-based projects or portions of projects
• Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules and UI Scripts using JavaScript to create custom applications and configurations
• Travel as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
