Title: Incident Analyst_Tableau and ServiceNow

Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)

Location: Toronto ON

Work Model: Hybrid (4x/week on site) - No on-call requirement

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $25-$30/hour

Interview Process: 1-2 rounds with the team

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Management, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience (entry-level acceptable).
• Basic knowledge of: Tableau, QuickSight, ServiceNow
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with structured data and basic data governance roles (e.g., data stewards, TALs).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pluses:

• Knowledge of SQL or scripting languages.
• Experience with Excel-based reporting.
• Interest in data governance and process improvement.
• Motivated to learn and grow in data operations or coordination role.
