Job Description:

A ServiceNow Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth operation, performance. Core Technical Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the health, performance, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls.
  • Support ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Release Management.
  • Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure data accuracy using Discovery tools.
  • Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications.
  • Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs and web services. Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with a solid understanding of CMDB.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Flow Designer Integration Hub Performance Analytics.
  • Familiarity with ITSM/HRSD/SAM/HAM/ITOM/ITAM/SPM modules, with exposure to multiple modules.
  • ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Understanding of core modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
  • Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript is essential; knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS is a plus.
  • Database Concepts: Familiarity with relational databases and data structures.
  • ITIL Framework: Understanding of ITIL processes; ITIL certification is often a plus.
  • Security and Access Control: Knowledge of roles, ACLs, and user permissions in ServiceNow.
  • Integration Skills: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
