About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our team in Edmonton. As a key member of our IT Operations Management team, you will design, architect, and innovate ITOM solutions to support our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and innovate ITOM solutions using the latest technologies and tools.
• Craft guiding principles and standards for our organization and help implement them in real-time.
• Work with diverse teams across the organization to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Help integrate leading-edge monitoring solutions into a common workflow engine to automate remediation and self-healing techniques.

Your Background:

• At least 5-7 years of experience designing and developing IT Operations Management enterprise-grade solutions (with a minimum of 2 years within the ServiceNow platform).
• Demonstrated experience with data governance and automation and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to varied levels of stakeholders.

Total Rewards:

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte offers a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive base salary, variable pay opportunities, and a wide array of benefits and perks.
