Advanced ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to lead our implementation efforts.

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery including MID Server configurations, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns.
• Work as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow Discovery, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and driving resolution of complex issues.
• Implement data normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment processes to ensure accurate and reliable asset data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and applications.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8-10 years experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and APIs.
• ServiceNow Expertise: CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, CSDM, third-party integration.
• Certifications: Certified Application Developer (mandatory), CIS in Discovery (desired).
