ServiceNow Integration Developer

This role is pivotal in enhancing our identity and access management capabilities across enterprise systems, especially within the airline industry.

As a seasoned ServiceNow developer, you will develop and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps) to automate user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and entitlement governance. You will also configure REST messages and OAuth profiles for secure API integrations.

• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps)
• Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Configure REST messages and OAuth profiles for secure API integrations
• Implement and support SailPoint ServiceNow apps including:
• Identity Governance Connector
• Automate user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and entitlement governance
• Collaborate with IAM architects to align identity workflows with enterprise goals
• Guide junior developers and cross-functional teams
• Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and code reviews
• Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with ITIL standards

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments
• 3+ years integrating ServiceNow with SailPoint IdentityIQ or ISC
• Hands-on experience with:
• REST Message & OAuth Configuration
• Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
• Client Scripts & Business Rules
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, IAM, RBAC, and SSO concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
