ServiceNow Developer Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in supporting a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency. This role will involve developing and implementing core ServiceNow functionality, as well as collaborating with fellow developers and business analysts in an Agile development environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement multiple HR Service Requests within the HRSD scope in ServiceNow
• Implement applications to facilitate Employee service requests to HR and HR fulfillment process
• Refactor ServiceNow software customizations during ServiceNow major updates
• Collaborate with fellow developers and business analysts in an Agile development environment Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-7 years of related experience
• 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification Benefits:
