Advanced ServiceNow Platform Expert

Our company seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to create, design and own technical solutions on the platform. Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, monitor, control and close all tasks related to configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform
• Maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for upgrades
• Provide software coding and customization including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations and custom application development
• Analyse business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow
• Solve complex technical issues
• Develop, maintain and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets
• Create and maintain system architecture

We require a candidate with 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration and administration. The ideal candidate will hold a ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification with ITSM experience.

The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, have strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills. We also require proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to interact with stakeholders.
