Technical Leader for Advanced ServiceNow Development

• *Senior ServiceNow Developer Role Summary**

Leidos is seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to be part of the mission solution and contribute to SSA's Digital Modernization Strategy. This position requires an experienced professional with extensive knowledge in various ServiceNow modules and services, as well as leadership skills to guide the development team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and support as a Team Lead and Senior Developer.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop solution architectures that address technical, management, and automation aspects.
• Lead the development of solution artifacts, including roadmaps, optimization of operations, architecture, and block diagrams.
• Support building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
• Mentor junior ServiceNow Developers. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or Master's degree and 6 years of experience, or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Excellent technical leadership and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions clearly.
• Experience working with the US Federal Government.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Contract requirement. Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow certification: Certified System Administrator (baseline) and Certified Application Developer (baseline).
• Additional ServiceNow CIS certification, preferably in Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Strategic Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Software Asset Management, and Hardware Asset Management.
• Experience with web development technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Experience with implementing Java scripting for automation across various ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols.
• Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
• Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM, or HR.
• Project Management or Agile certification.
• ITILv4 Foundations Certification. Location:
