• 7+ years’ experience in Strong ITSM Lead / Sr. Developer.
• Working hands on knowledge in all aspect of ServiceNow Development which includes the ITSM, ITOM, Integration, Discovery and Upgrades.
• Design and implement ServiceNow Integration using best practice
• Understand complex requirement and turn them into workable POC
• Proficient in discussions and handling customers, business stakeholders
• Provide analysis and resolution for ServiceNow issues for all different environment (Dev to Production)
• Apply a good release management and configuration management principles to provide a stable deployment.
• Working in Agile and Scrum is added advantage.
