We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining various ServiceNow applications. Key Responsibilities:">

• Developing custom business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions to enhance the functionality of our ServiceNow instance.
• Creating complex workflows for change management, including new change types and configurations.
• Designing and developing reports, gauges, homepages, and scheduling of reports.
• Implementing visual task boards and portals for end-users to create incidents and requests.
• Configuring SLAs, notifications, push notifications, and creating HTML templates for all notifications.
• Working with inbound email actions for creation and updating of records based on requirements.
• Developing events, script actions, and import sets API using transform maps.
• Ensuring seamless integration with mid-server installations and uploads. Requirements:">

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A strong understanding of ITSM, service catalogs, and record producers, order guides.
• Experience in workflow development, including creation and maintenance of complex workflows.
• Familiarity with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Action, Script Include, Flow Designer, and Visual Task Board Requirements.
• Knowledge of installation and configuration of mid-server and uploads.
