This position falls within the ITSM/ServiceNow group within our Office of Information Technology Services. Our team is responsible for the daily operation and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
- We seek an individual to provide Tier 2/3 support for the ServiceNow platform
- The selected candidate will design new technologies in support of the ServiceNow Platform
- Candidate will collaborate with external vendors and service providers Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement ITIL processes, policies, and best practices
- Create custom applications, modules, and flow designer using ServiceNow development and administration
- Design and implement ServiceNow Flows/Workflows, forms, and scripts to automate business processes and requirements
- Deliver excellent written and oral communication skills to work with agencies, vendors, and executives on the overall design of the product
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with ITIL foundations, IT service management, IT Operation management, Strategic Project management, CMDB, ITAM, GRC applications
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development and administration, including creating custom applications, modules, and flow designer
- Customer Service Management (CSM) experience is mandatory
