ServiceNow Business Analyst Position

This is a high-level functional analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation support position for ServiceNow priorities. About the Role:

• Liaise with stakeholders to define requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Lead requirements management and elaboration activities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and other meetings
• Support release planning and management activities
• Develop SOPs and documentation
• Manage and groom product backlog using ServiceNow Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with gathering or writing business requirements for large enterprise applications in the federal government sector
• SDLC and Agile Scrum development methodologies
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination We're Looking For:
