Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining cloud-based systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and designing technical architecture to meet business needs.
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include modifications of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces, and any other customization required to support ITIL processes.
- Conduct moderately complex analysis including planning, designing, and evaluating a variety of information technology tools.
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve problems and perform analysis in relation to system configuration in the ServiceNow environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex problems in an efficient manner with little to no supervision while adhering to proper escalation and change control procedures.
- Perform incident response and assure services resolution for cloud systems.
- Perform root cause analysis, diagnostics, and monitoring on various production systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with team members to implement efficiencies.
- Create and maintain relevant systems documentation and user guides.
- Monitor status and performance of the systems and configure monitoring systems.
- Interact with external technology vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Automate IT administrative tasks using scripting methodologies.
- Respond timely to user requests for permission changes, configuration, and new Service requests for minor enhancements.
- Develop systems integrations and process automation. Provide technical support and expertise concerning 3rd Party application integrations.
