Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Architect

location: Malvern, PA

Internal Notes:

Work Location is Morgan Building in Malvern, Pa onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

There will be 2 rounds of interviews the candidate will need to share their screen during the interview so please be prepared for that is selected for an interview.

Ideal candidate with have experience integrating the 2 systems ServiceNow and Workday.

Responsibilities

The client is looking for a ServiceNow resource certified in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module with previous experience in HR case management, knowledge management, virtual agent, manager hub, and lifecycle events (like onboarding, job changes, offboarding, etc.).

Qualifications

Previous experience with Employee Center Pro (ECP) and integrating divisional portals to support an enterprise intranet would be preferred. We are open to the seniority of this resource being either a junior developer or a senior architect, the latter of which should also possess previous experience building and maintaining integrations with Workday s Human Capital Management (HCM) Module.
