Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to spearhead the design of innovative ServiceNow solutions that align seamlessly with client business objectives. This role blends deep platform expertise with consultative leadership across the presales, solution development, and client engagement spectrum. Our ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, crafting solutions that optimize value within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This position allows for remote work with a home office setup as determined by SHI management.
Required Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities to facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills to effectively convey technical solutions to engage stakeholders at every level.
- Capability to assess customer needs and design solutions that fulfill their business goals and budget parameters with a consultative mindset.
- Experience in formulating SOWs and driving professional services revenue growth.
- Proficient in drafting technical documentation, proposals, and architecture diagrams.
Key Responsibilities:
Presales Engagement
- Team up with sales units to grasp client necessities, objectives, and challenges.
- Architect and present customized solutions using the ServiceNow platform to address both business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, technical workshops, and assessments to analyze current systems and pinpoint modernization opportunities.
- Oversee the creation of SOWs, ensuring alignment with client needs and business outcomes through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Solution Development
- Lead architectural design for ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
- Discuss ServiceNow licensing requirements.
- Compose detailed technical proposals that encompass solution architecture, implementation strategies, and cost forecasts.
- Foster revenue growth within the professional services sector by identifying new prospects and enhancing service portfolios.
- Technical Demonstrations:
- Craft and deliver tailored demonstrations showcasing key features.
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Address client technical issues and concerns throughout the presales journey.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to assure consistent solution development and smooth transition of projects.
- Engage with SHI sales teams, including frontline sellers and business development executives, for a cohesive service delivery approach.
- Stay updated with the latest features and innovations in the ServiceNow platform through teamwork with product and marketing teams.
- Mentor sales teams on the technical advantages of ServiceNow services.
- Offer thought leadership and insights to clients and SHI teams regarding best practices, trends, and technological advancements.
- Help identify growth areas and lead innovative initiatives within practice development.
- Create and maintain practice standards and protocols to ensure high service quality delivery.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related work experience, with at least 7 years in IT architecture and 4 dedicated to ServiceNow.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in technology solutions and migrations.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 25%.
- The base salary for this position ranges from $128,000 to $200,000, with on-target earnings estimated at $160,000 to $250,000, which includes base salary and bonuses/commissions. Compensation will depend on individual job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
