Location Auburn, MI (Onsite) Duration 12+ Months Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Implementation experience using Now Platform - App Engine, Service Portal, ITSM, CSM, Integration HubCreation of script-based Assignment and Approval rule Knowledge on Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog / Record Producer, Flow Designer Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.

ServiceNow Architecture Implementation experience using Now Platform - App Engine, Service Portal, ITSM, CSM, Integration HubCreation of script-based Assignment and Approval rule Knowledge on Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog / Record Producer, Flow Designer Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards Very good knowledge of ITIL best practices and processes
