Expert ServiceNow Professional

• Develop and define specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business needs and strategic objectives.
• Provide technical leadership in planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams to complete project deliverables during project execution.
• Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance, identify and debug software problems, and make recommendations for problem resolution.
• Transform business needs into tangible items within ServiceNow, using available modules or creating new ones, and assist in detailed documentation for workflows and services implemented within ServiceNow. Qualifications:
• Minimum five years of experience managing and maintaining large enterprise systems in complex organizations, with at least three years directly managing the ServiceNow platform.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or eight years equivalent work experience.
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification is preferred.
• Experience leading teams in delivering projects or portions of projects to meet defined requirements.
• Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript to create custom applications and configurations on the ServiceNow platform.
