The opportunity...
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director - G&A Applications to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise platforms supporting our corporate functions. This role will drive technology strategy and delivery across key areas such as Customer Portals, Legal Systems, Document Management, ServiceNow, and other cross-functional tools supporting G&A operations.

Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do...
- Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap for G&A systems aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, IT Operations, and Customer Experience teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Drive platform consolidation, rationalization, and integration efforts to streamline systems and reduce redundancy.
- Oversee design, development, and support of customer-facing portals, ensuring secure, intuitive, and high-performance platforms.
- Collaborate with customer support and engineering teams to integrate case management, self-service, and knowledge base functionalities.
- Own the strategy and lifecycle of legal tech systems, including matter management, e-discovery, contract lifecycle management (CLM), and legal hold.
- Partner with Legal to ensure systems support evolving regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Manage document and content management platforms (e.g., iManage, SharePoint, Box), driving best practices for information governance, access control, retention, and searchability.
- Promote adoption of standardized tools and workflows across legal and G&A teams.
- Lead the ServiceNow strategy for ITSM, HRSD, Legal Service Delivery, and other modules to automate internal workflows and enhance employee experience.
- Oversee configuration, development, and support teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and maintenance.
- Lead cross-functional program delivery for G&A technology initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance for third-party platforms and implementation partners.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and data protection standards.
- Build and lead a high-performance team of product owners, analysts, and technologists.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are...
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application leadership roles, with 3+ years in a senior management or director-level capacity.
- Proven experience managing legal tech, document management systems, and customer portal technologies.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform, including HR, legal, and ITSM modules.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and risk as it relates to corporate systems and customer-facing tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid SDLC methodologies.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare).
- Familiarity with tools such as Ironclad, iManage, DocuSign CLM, Salesforce Experience Cloud, or similar.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or ServiceNow are a plus.

US Pay Range
$166,345—$244,950 USD
