ServiceNow Developer

Skill Requirements:

• We require expertise in Angular.JS, JavaScript, SQL and related technologies for ServiceNow development.
• The successful candidate will support the discovery, requirements gathering, and build out of core ServiceNow functionality.
• Implementation of multiple HR Service Requests within the HRSD scope in ServiceNow is also required.
• Developing applications to facilitate Employee service requests to HR and HR fulfillment process is essential.
• Refactoring ServiceNow software customizations during ServiceNow major updates is necessary.
• Collaboration with fellow developers and business analysts in an Agile development environment is key.
• The ideal candidate will understand backend configuration of ServiceNow Design tests and build test data.
• Supporting configuration, change, and release management is crucial.
• Maintaining responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work products is vital.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3-7 years related experience is essential.
• 2+ years ServiceNow development experience is necessary.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards, customized forms, and workflows in ServiceNow is beneficial.
• Experience working with Agile Development and Test Management applications of ServiceNow is key.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, are required.
• Experience working in an Agile project environment with an emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases at a sustainable pace is essential.
