Immersive Business Analysis Expertise Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough business needs assessments, develop business analysis plans, and perform stakeholder analysis to ensure seamless change management.

• Lead the definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be business processes with key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate requirements documentation to ensure all approved business requirements, use cases, process flows, and reporting needs are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, evaluate, and develop business use cases and process models to translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications. Qualifications

Develop client or business requirements to meet customer's functional needs utilizing ServiceNow or similar CRM products. Apply expertise in Agile methodologies and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve excellence in delivery.

• A minimum of three years of experience using ServiceNow or similar CRM products to develop client or business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, configuration of the ServiceNow platform, and implementation of business analysis tools/techniques.
• Strong engagement, communication, and facilitation skills, including presentation and influencing abilities.
• Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements.
• Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
