Job Summary:

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is a premier wine and spirits distributor recognized for its commitment to culture and inclusion. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for engaging with clients and stakeholders to capture business processes and develop effective ServiceNow solutions, ensuring quality and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.

• Ensure the quality and efficiency of ServiceNow solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

• Design custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, proposing enhancements and upgrades.

• Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow capabilities to optimize business processes.

• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• 2+ years’ relevant work experience in experience across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, IRM, SecOps) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities.

• Native-level proficiency/fluent in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and best practices for software design.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

• Holds an active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification.

• Holds an active ITIL Foundations certification in v3 or later.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
