Job Summary: We are in search of a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Workday integration to drive digital transformation within our organization. The role involves developing, customizing, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to automate and streamline our asset management and HR processes effectively. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with our digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions focusing on SAM and Workday integration.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow SAM module.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and Workday.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and create actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
• Continuously enhance ServiceNow functionality and monitor integration performance.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Workday HCM integration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow API integrations.

Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in digital transformation projects involving HR and IT asset management is highly desirable.
