ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture Lead

Job Title: Solution Architect and Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ServiceNow architecture development, enhancements, and implementations.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies (i.e., AI and automation)
• Build roadmaps, provide recommendations, lead development, and utilization of new technologies and services to enhance and fully utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities.
• Provide assistance to development teams as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience, Master's degree and 10 years of experience, or 18+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 10+ years of experience as ServiceNow Developer
• 5+ years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect
• 5+ years leading ServiceNow development teams
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust contract requirement

Skills Required Expertise in developing enterprise-wide architecture, leading multiple development and implementations, providing guidance and leadership with development Team Leads. Experience working on high growth projects in fast-paced environments. Strong technical skills including proficiency in system architecture, design principles, and impacts. Proficiency in SQL, XML, Angular, PHP, .NET, Java, and JavaScript. Experience supporting IT related data integrity. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
