You will play a key role in delivering exceptional solutions using the ServiceNow platform. This position is ideal for someone passionate about implementing ITOM, ITSM, APM, and CMDB modules with seamless integration and maximum value. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
• Design and deploy end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
• Conduct requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customized solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate data modeling and integrations in the CMDB.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Develop detailed documentation including technical specs, workflows, and test cases.
• Stay current on ServiceNow updates, features, and certifications. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• Knowledge and experience with various modules including ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, APM, HAM.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional ServiceNow certifications such as SAM, APM, HAM, ITOM, CMDB.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Flow Designer).
