ServiceNow Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team and leverage their expertise in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong background knowledge of ServiceNow administration, development, and integration, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on ServiceNow platform best practices and procedures.
• Design, develop, and implement new features, modules, and functionalities within ServiceNow to enhance business processes and workflows.
• Configure and integrate ServiceNow with other third-party applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in alignment with industry best practices.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal uptime and availability.
• Stay current of emerging ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices and recommend solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Business Rules, and the scripting aspect of the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred
