ServiceNow Architect Needed

We seek a ServiceNow expert to lead the platform implementation and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of client delivery, business process best practices, and functional design.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and set expectations
• Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the ServiceNow platform
• Leading functional and business design sessions and architecting business process flows
• Identifying gaps between current and desired end states
• Providing detailed estimates for proposed solutions and articulating benefits and risks
• Designing and managing test plans to ensure quality solutions are delivered
• Staying up-to-date on new ServiceNow products and technical capabilities
• Providing expertise during sales efforts and demonstrating thought leadership
