ServiceNow Pre-Sales Lead Position
We are seeking an accomplished and seasoned ServiceNow Pre-Sales Lead to drive strategic solutioning and client engagement for enterprise initiatives. This role is ideal for a technically strong individual with architect-level ServiceNow certifications and a proven track record in technical sales, solution consulting, and platform implementation.
You will collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to design tailored ServiceNow solutions that address client business challenges and support revenue growth.
- Lead technical discovery, requirement analysis, and solution demonstrations to articulate business value to prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape opportunities, define scope, and develop winning proposals and presentations.
- Translate complex client needs into scalable, robust ServiceNow solution architectures that align with industry best practices.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IT service management, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, and custom applications. They will serve as the technical authority on ServiceNow capabilities, platform design, data architecture, and integration strategies.
This position requires exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders. Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years hands-on in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
- Demonstrated success in a pre-sales, solution engineering, or solution architect role for enterprise clients.
- Deep knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and their configuration, customization, and integration.
- Experience building and presenting complex technical solutions that result in deal wins. About the Role
