ServiceNow Enterprise Solutions Architect

Your role involves designing and implementing large-scale ServiceNow platform solutions. As an architect, you will be responsible for developing technical documentation, implementation guides, and collaborating with the Enterprise Architect to ensure best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and secure development standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and members of the platform team to ensure successful deployment and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow solutions.
• Interface with business subject matter experts to identify and address business needs.
• Manage upgrade cycles and propose integration methodologies with other systems as required.
• Evangelize and implement new release functionalities to add business value.
• Review instance performance and propose improvements to the end-user experience.
• Manage all security and audit-related activities compliant with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions, ITIL processes, and web technologies.
• 5+ years' experience in Enterprise environments with multiple integration points.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with virtual teams across multiple regions.
• Expert-level diagramming (Visio) skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Data Centre / Data Centre options experience.
• Experience delivering global, enterprise-wide deliverables.

Certifications:

• ServiceNow – Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• ServiceNow – Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ITIL foundation.
• ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – (CIS-ITSM).
