Software Solution Architect Position

ServiceNow Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Engineer to manage and enhance our platform. This hybrid role requires a commitment to working in an office environment for three days a week and remotely for two days, with a preference for candidates in the EST time zone. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform design tasks and develop components of application and technical architecture
• Develop test cases and data, execute tests, and fix any defects and performance problems
• Assist with selecting appropriate platforms, integrating and configuring solutions
• Develop software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects
• Provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff
• Ensure quality of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and processes Requirements:
• 8+ years of overall experience in ServiceNow technology
• Proficiency in designing and developing Order guides, Catalogs, and Record Producers
• Hands-on experience implementing HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and Agent workspace
• Strong understanding of ITSM modules like Change, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge
• Experience in developing and maintaining integration between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP API, MID Servers, and Integration Hub
• Experience customizing ServiceNow using UI Policies, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scheduled jobs
• Experience in Service Portfolio Management and Integrated Risk Management modules
