Role: ServiceNow CMDB Architect

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to design and implement a robust Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical needs.
• Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design.
• Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module.
• Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM, CSM, FSM, GRC, ITOM, AI/ML, and Integration Hub.
