  • Create, maintain and communicate the Enterprise ServiceNow architecture and best practices to ensure seamless delivery
  • Provide thought leadership and technical vision for the platform to drive business outcomes
  • Connect stakeholders, 3rd party vendors and technology partners to achieve strategic objectives
  • Envision and enable a mid and long-term ServiceNow capabilities strategy outside of ITSM/ITOM to fuel growth

Key Requirements include:

  • Profound knowledge of ServiceNow best practices to optimize solutions
  • A deep understanding of the Agile approach to streamline projects
  • Expertise in industry and best practice knowledge (ITIL) to inform decision-making
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT implementations to drive success
  • 5+ years of experience with IT architecture, database architecture and relational databases to inform infrastructure decisions
  • 7+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow or SaaS platforms to drive adoption
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect preferred to demonstrate expertise
