- Create, maintain and communicate the Enterprise ServiceNow architecture and best practices to ensure seamless delivery
- Provide thought leadership and technical vision for the platform to drive business outcomes
- Connect stakeholders, 3rd party vendors and technology partners to achieve strategic objectives
- Envision and enable a mid and long-term ServiceNow capabilities strategy outside of ITSM/ITOM to fuel growth
Key Requirements include:
- Profound knowledge of ServiceNow best practices to optimize solutions
- A deep understanding of the Agile approach to streamline projects
- Expertise in industry and best practice knowledge (ITIL) to inform decision-making
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT implementations to drive success
- 5+ years of experience with IT architecture, database architecture and relational databases to inform infrastructure decisions
- 7+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow or SaaS platforms to drive adoption
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect preferred to demonstrate expertise
