Senior ServiceNow CMDB Data Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow CMDB Data Specialist to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and effective management of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the data model, ensuring data quality, and supporting the overall configuration management process.

This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the CMDB data model, ensuring it aligns with organizational needs and industry best practices.
• Implement strong data management practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with proactive monitoring teams and other stakeholders to automate the population of the CMDB and reduce manual errors.
• Monitor the health of the CMDB using ServiceNow's health dashboard and other tools, addressing any issues related to CI compliance. Requirements
• Proficiency in managing and configuring the ServiceNow platform, particularly the CMDB module.
• Strong knowledge of data management practices, including data quality, data integrity, and data modeling and CSDM data model.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery ITOM and other Discovery tools such as Dynatrace.
• ITIL 4.x Certification is a Must (valid certification). Benefits
