We are seeking an Engagement/Project Manager specializing in the ServiceNow platform on a 1-year fixed term. About the Role
The Engagement/Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives across the organization. This role will coordinate project activities, manage timelines and budgets, and serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams. About You
- You have strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
- You have 5+ years of proven project management experience (Agile or Waterfall)
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You have experience in financial services or similar regulated environments preferred
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- You have strong problem-solving skills About Us
