RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support managed services clients by evaluating requests for platform evolution, troubleshooting incidents, and analysing routine ServiceNow requests.
  • Contribute to the high-level estimation of new initiatives.
  • Assist clients in defining their roadmap for implementing and maturing their use of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Facilitate workshops to understand client requirements and propose solutions that are aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
  • Develop process guides to represent the client's future state processes on larger initiatives.
  • Document functional requirements through user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate story grooming sessions to support the estimation of efforts and determine the technical feasibility of specific client requirements.
  • Work with the Implementation Specialist and Solution Architect to review the architecture of all work completed by Ateko and present it to the Design Review Board for improvement suggestions.
  • Assist with ServiceNow upgrades by demonstrating new features and advising the client on their adoption.
  • Document meeting minutes for all meetings hosted by a BPC and share them with the Engagement Manager within 24 hours.
  • Prepare and maintain solution reference/user guides.
  • Assist the QA team in writing and reviewing test cases for complex development work.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or business process consultant in a ServiceNow environment.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow licensing models and platform capabilities.
  • Understanding of CMDB and CSDM concepts.
  • Proficiency in process analysis and workflow design from a user-centric perspective.
  • Skilled in writing clear user stories.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving orientation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Holds 1 or more of the following certifications: CSA, CIS-ITSM, and/or CIS-Service Provider (asset).
  • ITIL V4 certification (asset).
